Lion David, affectionately known as POPLION, has been a member of the Pagosa Springs Lions CLub for over 40 years.  He has served as Zone Chairman, Club President, Club Secretary, Club Treasurer, Tail Twister, and a Director.  His LOL handle is LionDavid-Co.

Lion David became a lion in December 1959 in a club in Ohio, and then moved to Colorado in 1992.

Lion David has received 7 100% Secretary Awards, 2 Past President Awards, and is a Melvin Jones Fellow.
